Privacy policy

Crypto Hub is an educational website. This page explains what information we handle and why.

Information you send us

If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address and message. We use them only to reply to you, and we keep messages for up to 12 months. We never sell or share them.

The learning assistant

Questions you type into the assistant are sent to our AI provider (OpenRouter and the model it routes to) to generate an answer. Do not type personal or financial details, and never type a seed phrase or private key. We store a short-lived, anonymised record of your connection to limit how many questions can be asked per hour.

Data stored in your browser

We save your light or dark mode choice in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.

Third-party services

Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and coin icons from CoinGecko. The price chart on the Markets page loads from TradingView only when you press the button to show it. These services may receive your IP address as part of delivering their content, under their own privacy policies.

Analytics and advertising

If we add analytics or advertising in the future, we will update this page before doing so and explain which cookies are used.
